New Mom-ME! Club in Elk Grove!
WHERE: Kloss Park at the playground on Laguna Park Dr.
WHEN: On Tuesdays we meet at10am at Kloss Park and on Thursdays we meet at10am at Kunsting Family Park on 10069 Wild Orchid Way (right off of Whitelock)
WHO: We are a couple of new mothers who want to meet other mothers/caregivers and get in shape with our children. We are supported by the First 5 Sacramento Commission and are able to provide refreshments and playtime activity toys. This is a FREE club! J
WHAT: One hour of working out and playing at the park! Bring a towel, your stroller, dress comfortably and bring your kids ages 0-5.

Hi I am a mother of one, and currently pregnant with my second (i’m 4 months) and curious about your program but nervous about getting out there and trying it. Is this program okay for pregnant mothers ? Please let me know. I am very interested. However my children are c-sections. Is it safe to excerise post pregnancy right away ? I am hoping to come out and try this out soon
